GREEN BAY Rashan Gary Jersey , Wis. (AP) — The Green Bay Packers hired Ravens front office veteran Milt Hendrickson as director of football operations on Thursday.Hendrickson has spent the past 14 seasons in the personnel department with Baltimore, a span that includes four division titles and a Super Bowl victory. He was promoted to national scout after the 2016 draft. The position is the result of a front office restructuring. Ted Thompson once held titles of executive vice president, general manager and director of football operations, but those positions were split up and football operations director Eliot Wolf left for Cleveland last January after interviewing for the GM job that went to Brian Gutekunst. Russ Ball held the operations job last season. Green Bay is coming off a 6-9-1 season that left the Packers out of the playoffs for the second straight year.Hendrickson was a training-camp intern for Green Bay in 2004. He holds a master's degree in exercise and sports science-sports administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where he was also an assistant coach in 1996.The Packers also named Kirk Olivadotti inside linebackers coach, Justin Outten tight ends coach and Adam Stenavich offensive line coach.Olivadotti has spent all 16 seasons as a coach in the NFL with the Washington Redskins, including the last five as inside linebackers coach. Outten was an offensive assistant for the Atlanta Falcons the past two seasons and Stenavich spent the past two seasons as an assistant offensive line coach for the San Francisco 49ers. It’s the dream scenario for the people running the Big Ten: Michigan and Ohio State playing on the final Saturday of the college football season for a spot in the conference’s championship game and a possible playoff spot. Fans of other schools in the conference it will loathe it, but that’s the scenario facing the conference today. With a two-game lead over Wisconsin, the Northwestern Wildcats have already locked up the West division. That leaves the Wolverines, 8-0 in the Big Ten, and the 7-1 Buckeyes fighting at the Horseshoe in Columbus for the right to go to Indianapolis. For Michigan, a win today and another win next week all but locks in a spot in the College Football Playoff. Ohio State, meanwhile, likely would need some help to sneak their way into the top four.Yesterday, the Big XII and Pac-12 races were decided, while the ACC and SEC games were locked in last week. It’s Alabama vs. Georgia in the SEC, and Clemson will play Pittsburgh for the ACC title next Saturday. If your team is out of the race, fear not, because it’s still rivalry week. Minnesota and Wisconsin are playing for Paul Bunyan’s Axe once again — head over to Bucky’s 5th Quarter for this eloquent post about how it would actually be a good thing for this rivalry to be competitive again. In-state rivalries like Florida-Florida State, Auburn-Alabama Elgton Jenkins Jersey , and Georgia-Georgia Tech are happening as well.Playoff implications aside, this weekend is always fun, so sit back and enjoy your Saturday.Early Games#4 Michigan Wolverines at #10 Ohio State Buckeyes12:00 Noon ETOhio Stadium, Columbus, OHFOX#20 Syracuse Orange at Boston College Eagles12:00 Noon ETAlumni Stadium, Chestnut Hill, MAESPN#11 Florida Gators at Florida State Seminoles12:00 Noon ETDoak Campbell Stadium, Tallahassee, FLABCGeorgia Tech Yellow Jackets at #5 Georgia Bulldogs12:00 Noon ETSanford Stadium, Athens, GASEC NetworkPurdue Boilermakers at Indiana Hoosiers12:00 Noon ETMemorial Stadium, Bloomington, INESPN2Afternoon GamesStanford Cardinal at UCLA Bruins12:00 Noon PT (3:00 PM ET)Rose Bowl, Pasadena, CAPac-12 NetworkMinnesota Golden Gophers at Wisconsin Badgers2:30 PM CT (3:30 ET)Camp Randall Stadium, Madison, WIESPN2Auburn Tigers at #1 Alabama Crimson Tide2:30 PM CT (3:30 ET)Bryant-Denny Stadium, Tuscaloosa, ALCBSMaryland Terrapins at #12 Penn State Nittany Lions3:30 PM ETBeaver Stadium, University Park , PAABCIllinois Fighting Illini at #19 Northwestern Wildcats2:30 PM CT (3:30 ET)Ryan Field, Evanston, ILBTNEvening KickoffsSouth Carolina Gamecocks at #2 Clemson Tigers7:00 PM ETMemorial Stadium, Clemson, SCESPNKansas State Wildcats at #25 Iowa State Cyclones6:00 PM CT (7:00 ET)Jack Trice Stadium, Ames, IAFOX Sports 1#15 Kentucky Wildcats at Louisville Cardinals7:00 PM ETCardinal Stadium, Louisville, KYESPN2#7 LSU Tigers at Texas A&M Aggies6:30 PM CT (7:30 ET)Kyle Field, College Station, TXSEC Network#3 Notre Dame Fighting Irish at USC Trojans5:00 PM PT (8:00 ET)Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, Los Angeles, CAABCBYU Cougars at #17 Utah Utes8:00 PM MT (10:00 ET)Rice-Eccles Stadium, Salt Lake City, UTFOX Sports 1#21 Utah State Aggies at #23 Boise State Broncos8:15 PM MT (10:15 ET)Albertsons Stadium, Boise, IDESPN
